U-MAD® Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA's) offer outstanding performance, excellent life cycle costs, and quick, simple refurbishment. U-MAD is available with speed capacities from 45-62 mph (70-100 km/h) to supply a wide range of protection for workers, motorists, and equipment.
The TMA's are designed to absorb collision energy during rear-end impacts and to prevent impacting vehicles from under-riding the truck and reducing expensive damage to equipment.

All the ride down values were within the preferred values ( MASH preferred a Longitudinal ride down of 15.0 g with a maximum of 20.49 G ). The BLADE TMA is also full-scale crash tested according to the UK optional 110Kph test TD49/07. This TMA is the Highest Safety level you can get.
